Some elements of the world are now just hours away from the launch of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake for Switch 2, and forward of this, Nintendo has rolled out a new sport replace.
The anticipated release has been bumped from Version 1.0.0 to Version 1.1.1. Next time you verify your sport, you should be prompted to replace. We had a look and can confirm our copy is also working on Version 1.1.1.
Based on the “manage software” part in the Switch 2 option menu, the remake is now 24.8GB in dimension, and this newest replace is around 343MB to set up. There are no patch notes just yet, but when we get an replace about what’s included, we’ll let you know.
“Day one” updates like this are fairly normal for Nintendo releases these days, with the company typically rolling them out to activate certain options such as online multiplayer. This was the same deal when Star Fox returned earlier this yr.
Again, if we hear any updates about this newest patch, we’ll let you know. Have you been prompted to replace your copy of Ocarina of Time yet? Have you got it digitally downloaded and prepared to go, or are you choosing up a bodily copy? Let us know in the feedback.
